Common Login Problems and Fixes
Most login failures fall into a small number of categories. Work through these in order before contacting support:
Wrong password - passwords are case-sensitive. Try copying and pasting rather than typing. If unsure, reset via the Forgot Password link.
Unrecognised email - confirm you are using the email registered with the account, not a secondary address.
Browser cache issues - clear cookies and cache in your browser settings, then reload the site. Alternatively, try a different browser entirely.
Network errors - a weak or unstable connection can interrupt the authentication handshake. Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa) and retry.
Account restricted - if you receive an error about your account being limited, contact live chat directly. The 24/7 chat button is visible in the mobile bottom bar and on desktop.
Outdated app / PWA - if using the home screen shortcut, force-close it and reopen to load the latest version.
